This system was designed with fire, rescue, and FEMA forces in mind. Outer materials are all fire retardant, providing added capability in harsh/hazardous situations. The system provides in excess of 2,995 cubic inches of pocket storage and includes internal panel pockets on each side of vest carrier. It incorporates a Field Operations Guide (FOG) pocket and radio pocket with cord channels along the neck circumference for convenient cord storage. There are pockets for a cell phone, multi-tool, water system, and handcuffs incorporated into the vest carrier. All pockets and packs are lined with waterproof material.

The system can be worn as a complete system or  modified with 24 or 72 hour packs mounted to the vest carrier assembly or waist belt. The vest is MOLLE pouch compatible.
